"The staff here is so courteous, fun and professional. Whether it's our newsletter which, among other helpful tips, lists all the area happenings, or the social environment they create with the pizza and movie socials; the staff here really creates an ideal environment. That should really be enough, BUT all this happens with grounds that are trendy spacious and ultra modern, beautiful pool area, grills, our designer kitchen and bathroom. The building design is great with on-floor parking, immaculate maintenance, but wait- remember this place is located at Channelside- where we can ride the Trolly to downtown, Channelside, Ybor City and not ever worry about drinking or parking! What a paradise. Thank you Seaport for being there for us. Can we stay forever?" Daniel

"Great Place Run By Great People. When I moved to the Tampa Bay area, it was a struggle to find a place to live. As a previous homeowner, the thought of renting made me uneasy. Initially I did not look at the larger complexes because I wanted to have a relationship with the management company I rented from and not just be tenant number 302102. From the initial encounter through the leasing process, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area; which helped ease the transition to Florida. The thing that will probably keep me here for some time is the staff's interest in their tenants. I get emails about specific events that I might be interested, not just mass emails, and even received a card signed by the staff on my birthday. The little things make the difference these days and I feel like the staff put in that effort." Kristan
"First of all, WE LOVE IT HERE! :) My husband, daughter and I moved into an apartment here (2 bedroom) a few months ago. As far as the hallways- they're clean- if we've ever seen anything out of the ordinary, we've called and they've taken care of it. The pool is beautiful; there's always been a place for us to sit. The gym is nice and is empty the times I've gone (weekends). There are a lot of college kids here, but they have all been pretty responsible. They are loud on Friday's and Saturday's, but what apartment complex isn't. The on-site security will quiet noisy UT students down anonymously if you want to, but I usually leave them alone. The spa downstairs is so great! It's inexpensive, and amazing estheticians!" 11/1/10 |

"I enjoyed my experience while at Seaport and I met several friends that will last a lifetime. The courtyards are great because they allow you to chat with your neighbors while letting your dogs play; no need to take them to a dog park. The office staff is always very nice and helpful. Any time I needed anything no matter how big or small, they always helped me. Overall, Seaport is a great place to live. 8/20/10 | ||
