Floor plans and pricing vary based on view and location on a 12 month lease. All square footages are approximate. Utility charge covers water, sewer, trash, pest control, and basic Verizon FIOS digital cable channels (account setup through Verizon w/ standard digital converter box required for activation). Residents are responsible for their own electric, phone, and high speed internet usage.

  • All pets must be approved by management - aggressive pets may be removed

Parking

  • Unreserved Spaces in Parking Garage – No Charge
  • Reserved Parking Spaces Available - $20 per month
